Simple Comparison of Air Jordan 11 Space Jam, UNC, Concord Reviews

Below it’s a comparison from a buyer’s blog.

After working, I haven’t kept on purchasing NIKE shoes. I normally only purchased a pair of NIKE each year. As I can’t wear sneakers when working. I don’t have many chances to wear it. The main purpose is for collection. I guess most of people still continue the hobby to have a look on their sneakers sometimes to miss the past. When we have the ability to purchase the dreamed shoes, but our happiness is not so strong as we thought. Maybe what we are pursuing has been upgraded to be bigger house and better car. But men’s desires will never end. But for me, I will still keep purchasing the basketball shoes to keept the passion in my heart.

Let’s come to the point to have a look on these three pairs of shoes and make a simple comparison.
Let’s start from the shoebox, from left to right is SpaceJam, UNC , Concord
SpaceJam: Special design of 23 and 45 on the box
UNC: Highlight 23, it’s the biggest one of these three boxes
Concord: It’s the normal flying man shoebox

Opening~
Space Jam: The outermost layer is drawer type box. Inside shoebox is with cap. And the innermost layer is stiff plastic cap, which is printed with Xl. It looks like opening a gift.
UNC: The outermost layer is also drawer type box. But there is no cap inside. The innermost layer is also with a stiff plastic cap with XI.
Concord: It is just a normal shoebox with cap, nothing else.

After taking away the cap:
Space Jam: There is two layers of wrapping paper, one is printed with 4, and another one is a layer of normal wrapping paper inside. Then we can see the shoes.
UNC: It also has two layers of wrapping paper, one is printed with tartan design and anther one is also normal wrapping paper inside.
Concord: There is only a layer of very thin wrapping paper inside.

I smelt the glue after taking out the shoes. The light is a little dimmed, the black and bule is not very visible, from left to right is Space Jam, UNC, Concord.

The 3 pairs of shoes have shoe stretcher. Concord has one more heelpiece support.

The vamp texture of these 3 pairs of shoes are mainly patent leather. Personally, I prefer to big area of patent leather.

Comparing the workmanship, there are many people complains the workmanship of Concord about excessive glue. But my Concord is not bad. I can accept the small excessive glue. 

After comparing, I found that crystal outsole of UNA is yellowing. I don’t know it supposed to be yellowing or it’s oxidized.

As to the carbon plate, I don’t care a lot if it change the material or reduce the size. As I don’t have many chances to wear them.

For the decorative pattern on heelpiece:
SpaceJam: inwrought 45
UNC: Gluey 23
Concord: Gluey 45
It’s possible that the gluey number will fall out after wearing for a long time. The workmanship of my sneakers is good. I will still keep the habit to purchase the favorite sneakers and have a look at them when I’m avaialble.

Air Jordan 11 CONCORD Performance Review



Air Jordan 11 was designed by Tinker Hatfield. The initial inspiration comes from hay mower.Air Jordan 11 should be Jordan’s favorite shoes in all of Jordan’s main generation series. The match color of CONCORD is also Jordan’s favorite colors. Jordan has weared CONCORD sneakers in many occasions.


CONCORD has been emulated two times, that was in 2000 and 2011. Seven years later,Air Jordan 11 CONCORD is emulated once again. The new CONCORD used the original shoebox of 23 years ago.

We can see CONCORD’s large area of black patent leather after opening the shoe box. The black and white are easy matching colors.

The white part of heelpiece also use leather substance. The black logo of flying man and NO. 45 on heelpiece is the same as the sneaker that Jordan weared when he returned. It’s also one of the biggest selling points of ,Air Jordan 11 CONCORD.

The outsole still use the most classic crystal outsole. The large area of blue block rubber matches well with the whole crystal outsole.


Whether on 1995 or this year, the deisgn of Air Jordan 11 CONCORD is beyond time and space.


After lacing the shoe laces, we can feel that the feet are wrapped well by the vamp and shoe body.The thick lining of Air Jordan 11 with patent leather has good wrapping performance. But the breathability is not good. It’s suitable for winter.

We can feel the cushion of air sole in the midsole obviously. Although it can’t compare with the super cushion technology of other actual combat sneakers, but it’s enough for everyday wearing. The midsole adds the material of EVA, so that it’s easy to have crease. It’s a defect of all of Air Jordan 11.

The Air Joran 11 is with crystal outsole, so it’s one of the most wearable sneakers in all of Jordan generations. But the defect is, the crystal outsole is easy to be oxydic and yellowing.

Anyway, Air Jordan 11 CONCORD is a pair of sneaker with fashion, sport and feeling. It’s very worthy to purchase it after comparing with other sneakers this year.

Air Jordan 11 Retro Low Performance Review

Jordan Brand will launch the low-help version of AIR JORDAN 11 RETRO in every spring. In order to celebrate Easter ,then Jordan released  “Iridescent” color scheme in 2018 , Using all-leather material, the patent leather part can only see the jewel-like color changing effect under special light, and the outsole also has pearl-like colorful features, making this pair of low-cut new products quite popular.

As we know , dressed up with an emerald green patent leather mudguard, this particular selection features an unmissable iridescent glow that adds a nice touch to the Easter theme the Jumpman is going for with this drop. Finished off with an icy-blue outsole, the newest Jordan 11 selection continues the theme of releasing its low versions during the months of April.

For the box, it is simply but  classic as usually .Black shoe box, front golden JUMPMAN LOGO

There are some details of the  side .

The seal on the inside of the lid.

For the cushioning : With the lightweight Phylon and full length Air unit in place, but I feel it a little solid.Impact absorption is available , that is great, and consistent throughout while still maintaining decent court feel in the forefoot.you can do anything in the court , that is work well .

for the supporting : The Carbon Fiber adds a lot of support along the entire base of the foot and some part of supporting is from the material , that is nice. jus t like Concord  , it is great.Lockdown is perfect all the way up the shoe so there isn’t much to complain about.

We can see clearly for the material and the colorway , it is emerald green patent leather mudguard, seems a little similar the Concord, but pretty good .

Leather shoelace hole on the side of the shoe, it is still the classic one .

For the traction : it is improved compare with last one . The clear sections are nice and sticky straight out the box, which is good and bad depending on court conditions . for me  it is a little solidon the court. Usually when you have a translucent outsole you lose traction when dust or debris is on the court , it is seems not easy to keep it .but overall the traction is nice .

For the weight, it is just 423.2 g for the size us 10.it is pretty good . also the court feeling is nice .

Overall, Air Jordan 11 Retro Low —the “Iridescent” color scheme has attracted people’s attention because it the newest and a little different of the “Concord” . Different colors of light will be different color effects with a pearl-colored outer sole, bringing a different visual experience.For me, the size is normal, the width of the forefoot is moderate, the nice cushioning and material. it is nice and perfect. Dont miss it .

1. Air Jordan 11”Concord

One of Jordan Brand’s key product stories for the Holiday season is the “Win Like Mike” concept, which honors Michael Jordan’s Championship-winning ways with the University of North Carolina and the Chicago Bulls. The iconic pairing of navy and university blue visualizes the “Win Like ’82” idea, which honors Jordan’s NCAA title-winning shot in the 1982 Championship Game. In an effort to channel his success in college, Jordan superstitiously wore his UNC shorts underneath his Bulls shorts throughout his career. This forced him to wear longer shorts on the court, which inadvertently started a league-wide style trend.

This Holiday season, the Air Jordan 11 will shed its original Bulls-themed colorway and reveal a new iteration of the shoes in UNC colors; it emphasizes navy blue on the iconic mudguard with university blue detailing on the Jumpman. Jordan Brand confirms an official release date of November 11th, 2017, with sizing available for the entire family.

3. Air Jordan 11 Win Like 96

Continuing the “Win Like Mike” story is the “Win Like ’96” color concept that places the daring Bulls red color scheme front and center. Thanks to Jordan’s pure dominance of the NBA in the 1990s, the Chicago-esque composition of red, black, and white has become synonymous with excellence – and it’s no different with this upcoming Air Jordan 11 release. The upper grabs a bold tonal red color-blocking with black Jumpman logos and the stylish translucent “icy” sole adding even more attractive features to this must-have release.

4.Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight

For as long as we’ve known, the Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight was considered a sample that would not be releasing to the public. Well, not anymore. Jordan Brand will be releasing the Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight as a general release

The Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight comes with a White tumbled leather upper offset by the Red hits noted on the sole unit, lining and branding. White laces, the traditional hologram on the lateral side of the ankle, the White midsole and the Metallic Silver Jumpman on the tongue round out the main features on the shoe. This is the same color scheme used on all the other retros from the History of Flight series but this is the first time one of those models releases to the public. Could this be the first of many History Of Flight colorways to release to the public? Only time will tell.

5.Air Jordan 13″Love & Respect”

Earlier today we shared a first preview of the “Love and Respect” Air Jordan 13, and now there’s a further development to the story. Inspired by Michael Jordan’s ultimate love and respect for the game of basketball, the themed colorway will not only release in a colorway for men, but one for women, as well. Much like the “What is Love” pack from late last year, the Air Jordan 13 once again receives a his and hers treatment, this time in flipped black and white colorways with “Love and Respect” graphics in reflective material around the heel. Both also feature “Love and Respect” text at the bottom of the laces near the toe.

 

6.Air Jordan 13”Bred”

Arguably the most popular Air Jordan 13 original colorway of all-time is poised for a return in 2017. Simply dubbed the “Bred” colorway, this Air Jordan 13 OG from 1998 will be back this year in its original form, although it remains to be seen if reflective threads will be intertwined in the ballistic nylon upper. This Air Jordan 13 colorway was last released in 2013 and in 2003, which makes this year’s release the fourth overall Retro release.

7.Air Jordan 6 UNC

This Air Jordan 6 features a Black and University Blue color scheme. While we wait for a first look, sources have said they will resemble that of the Infrared color blocking. Constructed with predominate Black with nubuck across the uppers, University Blue accents and a translucent outsole will complete the look.

 8,Air Jordan 1 Top3 Gold

One of the week’s biggest discussions on the sneaker webs is the potential re-release of the Air Jordan 1 Top 3 in “Black/Gold”. After dropping exclusively at Complex Con at the Union LA booth, these flashy Jordans have become the toast of town – with resale prices reaching as high as $1,500. Not long after, it was reported that the Top 3 Jordans would release again during the NBA All-Star Weekend in 2018, a rumor shot down by a Jordan Brand employee via a comment on Instagram.

Nike has confirmed that the Air Jordan 1 Top 3 in black and gold will release on November 27th, 2017.

Air Jordan 11 Win Like ’82 Performance Review

The “Win Like Mike” concept, which honors Michael Jordan’s Championship-winning ways with the University of North Carolina and the Chicago Bulls.The surprise release went down on SNKRS at about 9 p.m. EST. Priced at $220, the sneakers sold out almost instantly.

The Air Jordan 11 Win Like ‘82 celebrates this ritual by featuring a University Blue Jumpman and Midnight Navy patent leather that ties back to his alternate practice short colorway.

For the box ,The  shoebox with a University Blue Jumpman and Midnight Navy  . The colors also reflects the resentment of the two teams. Open the AIR JORDAN XI packing box, we can see the classic university blue  with plastic paper  . it is look great  and nicely .

For the material : It is the same as the last version of material .Patent leather and ballistic nylon mesh utilized  in the AIR JORDAN XI WIN LIKE ’82. The patent leather is not enough  strong as it could have been if it were a bit thicker but all in all, the materials performed pretty  great then last version . And the colorway  of University Blue Jumpman and Midnight Navy  are more fashionable .

For the supporting : the supporting is great , because of the paten leather also help a lot . The Carbon Fiber adds a lot of support along the entire base of the foot.

For the traction : it used the  solid rubber traction pods  which located in the heel and forefoot. it is great .However, I played on well-maintained courts which the courting feeling is great and the Air Jordan XI held up perfectly fine

For the cushioning : It  utilized  the lightweight Phylon and full length Air unit which improve the Impact absorption  . and the air unit as usually did the best job .

For Material – leather gem featuring Columbia Blue mesh in the upper . this colorway always as the summer killer , we can feel the fresh wind from hotter summer . Though the ventilation not very well in the summer ,but who care . The quality is great ,the colorway is fresh .I have not see the glue in there anyway .

For traction , yes , it is used the crystal of bottom , though it is easy to keep long time , oxidation is a weakness for  Jordan brand .And there is a disadvantage for Jordan 11 :  if you fold when playing , yeah ,it will accompany you throughout your life.

It is not very good ,but as up to the material .

The box is black as usually , there is the jump man logo .And the side of box have a tag as usually . nothing special .
The blue crystal of bottom as attached . yeah ,it is beautiful.
No one can rejected it ,especially for summer .
