The Air Jordan 8 ‘Champagne’ will be one half of the upcoming ‘Championship Pack’ Air Jordan 8 that is set to debut in limited style during June 2016. Also launching beside the ‘Champagne’ edition is the ‘Confetti’.
The Champagne edition of the Air Jordan 8 also celebrates Michael Jordan’s and the Bulls third NBA Championship and first 3-Peat. Still retaining the Champagne nickname due to it’s smooth color use, they are also inspired by the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy.
Featuring a clean Light Bone, Metallic Gold and White color scheme. Synthetic materials are used on the overlays while perforated suede hits the panels. Light Bone is applied through the midsole and around the heel while White takes over most of the base. Following is Metallic Gold on the strap buckle, Jumpman on the tongue and on the mudguard. Looking closer, you will see Michael Jordan’s fingerprints that refers to him grabbing the Championship trophy.
