This Nike Kyrie 3 comes dressed in a Team Red, Hot Punch and White color combination. Across the uppers we have Red which is paired with Flywire. In addition we have Hot Punch which lands on the Swoosh and outsole. Completing the look is White across the midsole which extends across the sole.

After playing basketball in the Nike Kyrie 3’s I can say that this shoe is one of my favorite pair of basketball shoes I’ve had in a while. My three favorite parts about this shoe are that it’s lightweight, provides great support, and has good traction. The fact that it is super lightweight is a great feature to have while on the basketball court to allow you to get that quick first step on your opponent. Although it’s lightweight it still provides the support you need. Over the years I’ve had my fair share of ankle injuries and lately I’ve been drifting away from wearing those bulky ankle braces, so I needed a shoe that can provide my ankles stability while on the court to prevent any re-injuries. With the Kyrie 3’s I found an answer to allow me to stay away from wearing any type of extra ankle support. Another thing that I found to be a great feature is the traction that it gives. When crossing up your opponent or playing lock down defense the shoe really grips to the floor. This is a huge plus to avoid any embarrassment from falling down or getting your ankles broken by the opposing point guard. Since I also use this shoe while working out and lifting weights I wanted to say that this also a great choice of shoe for that as well. Whether it’s hitting the squat rack to try and get your vertical up, the stair master to finally get back into game shape, or my personal favorite the agility ladder to get that quickness up these shoes get the job done well.
The shoe really fits true to your size as well. I’m a usually a size 12 with an average sized width of a foot and these fit great. Compared to other basketball shoes I’ve worn in the past such as the “Chef Curry” and the “KD IV” these fit much better to my true size. For example, with the Curry shoes I had to return and get a size smaller which was an inconvenience for me. On the other hand the KD’s I had to do the same thing but get a size bigger which I did not enjoy returning. All in all I would highly recommend this pair of shoes to anyone who plans on being active and on their feet.
